92-toets Mortier-dansorgel #903, gebouwd in 1920 voor danszaal 'Victoria Palace' in Gent van Frans Claeyssens. Begin de jaren 1930 werd het orgel verkocht aan Jan Bertrams in Eindhoven, die het orgel liet moderniseren rond 1935. Zo is het op deze foto afgebeeld. Later ging het orgel naar Frankrijk, waar het bekend werd als 'Le géant à la cloche', omwille van de grote bronzen bel in het orgel. Het instrument bevindt zich nu in België.

92-key Mortier dance organ #903, built in 1920 for dance hall 'Victoria Palace' in Gent, owned by Frans Claeyssens. In the early 1930's, the organ was sold to Jan Bertrams in Eindhoven, who had it modernised in about 1935. In this state it is pictured here. Later the organ went to France, where it became known as 'Le géant à la cloche', because of the large bronze bell in the organ. The instrument is now located in Belgium.
